Quarterly Bonus Program

Here’s how the PLR-Health-Wizard Quarterly Bonus Program works:

1. Beginning May, 2008, affiliates will be rewarded on the 1st of February, May, August and November for the number of customers they enroll, and who remain members for at least 32 days in PLR-Health-Wizard, under their affiliate link from the previous quarter.
           a. This means that the number of members who enroll January, February and March and have stayed for at least 32 days will be counted on May 1st and those points will be awarded to the affiliate.
           b. April, May, June will be awarded August 1st
           c. July, August, September will be awarded November 1st
           d. October, November, December will be awarded February 1st

2. Affiliates receive 1 point for each new member to PLR-Health-Wizard who remains a member for at least 32 days.

3. Affiliates can ‘save’ points for up to four quarters in order to redeem them for a bigger bonus.

4.  Affiliates do not incur shipping fees for bonuses.

5. Affiliates will be notified by the 5th day of May, August, November and February of the number of points they have acquired by recruiting members and asked how they would like to redeem them.

6. Affiliates are responsible for responding to PLR-Health-Wizard with their choice of gifts, and they will forfeit any and all points that are held for over 4 quarters and not redeemed.  PLR-Health-Wizard will send one email notification requesting a response.
 
7. Affiliates may send a request to redeem their points for bonus products in their point range at any time during the quarter.

8. Affiliates must allow up to 4 weeks to have the gift shipped depending upon the gift chosen.
